Looks like a good old-fashioned peg board, painted green? Your local lumber place should carry them - or they used to, back in the day. Maybe it's a garage sale item, now? I know you can still buy the hardware/hooks for them.

FYI, the links to these images aren't working for me. In order to see anything but the first image, I have to click on its picture from the front page. I'm using Safari 4.0.3 on a mac.

Yeah, they definitely still sell pegboard at the hardware store or home center. Just get your measurements and have it cut to size while you're there to save time, then paint.
