Q: Just bought this loveseat (large photo below), couch, & ottoman -- yes, I know it was a bad idea to get all 3 in the same cognac brown leather, but it was the only way I could get the hubby to agree to a new couch at all. I'd appreciate any decorating hints. I was thinking of going with orange, light blue, cream -- or maybe sage green instead of orange?

Q: I love these cabinets (larger photo below) and will be using them in a small kitchen in a rental unit in my house. The problem is, I don't know what color countertop or backsplash to do with them. Has anyone used these cabinets in their house? Any suggestions on good colors to use with them? Thanks.

Q: I am looking for ideas that address what to do with collections of ornaments if you are not able to put a holiday tree up. Not round/ball ornaments that can easily just be scattered around or placed in bowls but the other types of ornaments. What do others do?

Q: I have a problem. Neither my husband nor I are collectors of stuff. We like mostly empty table tops, bookshelves with books in them, and as little clutter as possible. The problem is, my husband works as a firefighter and his parents have taken it upon themselves to fill our house with random firefighter paraphanalia. I can't keep the things from pouring into the house...
